One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on 13bdt. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 13bdt platform at https://13bdt.club (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 13bdt.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms are written in English and are governed by the principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection. In the event of any conflict between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 13bdt Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while using the Platform:
- You must be a natural person aged 18 years or older. The 13bdt Platform is not available to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been self-excluded from 13bdt or any affiliated platform.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 13bdt, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification: 13bdt takes its age restriction obligations seriously. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) to verify your age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending review.
13bdt uses automated and manual screening processes to identify underage usage. Where an account is found to belong to an individual under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to verification of that method's ownership by a legal guardian or parent.
Players are responsible for ensuring that no minors have access to their 13bdt account. You must not share your login credentials with any person, and you must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account by third parties, including minors in your household.
Geographic Eligibility

3. Account Registration
To access the full features of the 13bdt Platform — including depositing, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to all registered accounts.
One Account Policy
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 13bdt. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 13bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed on those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate. If your details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. Account Verification (KYC)
As part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming, 13bdt may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your name linked to the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
13bdt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to Bangladeshi players. All transactions are conducted in BDT. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.
Accepted Payment Methods
13bdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary at any time and will be displayed at the time of the transaction in the cashier section of the Platform.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your 13bdt account balance promptly, typically within 60 seconds for mobile money transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
- 13bdt does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency deposits, or deposits from anonymous payment instruments.
- 13bdt does not charge fees for deposits. Your payment provider may charge fees on their end; these are outside 13bdt's control.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- Withdrawals may be subject to a KYC verification check before processing. 13bdt aims to process verified withdrawals as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours on business days.
- Winnings obtained using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they can be withdrawn.
- 13bdt reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 13bdt will notify you at the email address on your account before applying any inactivity fee. Where a dormancy fee applies, the amount and frequency will be clearly communicated in advance. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after the inactivity period without fee.
Anti-Money Laundering: 13bdt is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or financial crime. Deposits must be made from funds belonging legitimately to the account holder. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
13bdt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and this general section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who have a verified 13bdt account in good standing.
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the wagering requirements stated in the offer. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in the applicable bonus terms.
- Bonus funds have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met by the expiry date, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting across accounts, collusion, or systematic withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in the permanent suspension of the player's account.
Right to Withhold or Modify Bonuses: 13bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to void bonus funds or winnings if there is evidence of irregular play patterns or exploitation of the offer conditions.
6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
13bdt is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one account to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or evade a suspension or self-exclusion.

- Harassment and Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise harmful communications at 13bdt staff, support agents, or other players.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13bdt Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, branding, text, and data, is the intellectual property of 13bdt or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 13bdt.
Enforcement: 13bdt employs automated fraud detection, manual review processes, and third-party integrity monitoring tools. Suspicious account activity is reviewed continuously. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 13bdt will act without delay, including permanently closing the account, voiding all associated bets and winnings, and referring the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Both players and 13bdt have the right to close or suspend an account. The circumstances and procedures for each scenario are set out below.
Voluntary Account Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your 13bdt account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing . Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons are treated with priority and processed without delay.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, you can activate self-exclusion directly from your account settings panel. Suspension or Closure by 13bdt
13bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
- Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at staff or other players
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., underage player)
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 13bdt will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, any balance held on the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the investigation concludes no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.
Dispute Resolution: If you believe your account has been closed or suspended incorrectly, you may raise a formal complaint by emailing with the subject line "Account Dispute". 13bdt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13bdt's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet placed on the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Platform Availability
13bdt endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, technical faults, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 13bdt's reasonable control. 13bdt shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Third-Party Game Providers
Games available on the 13bdt Platform are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. 13bdt is not responsible for the content, conduct, or technical performance of third-party games beyond its role as a platform operator. Any disputes arising specifically from the technical operation of a third-party game may require escalation to the relevant provider.
Player Responsibility

The failure of 13bdt to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
